Title: Transforming Global Logistics: Schnell Luxury Freight Masters Redefining Forestry Markets
Pulp, paper, and forestry goods form a vital segment of Schnell Luxury Freight Masters’ global cargo operations. In regions such as Scandinavia, the Baltic states, Central Europe, and beyond, forestry products constitute a significant portion of exports. Notably, 37% of the world’s certified forests are located in Germany.
Schnell Luxury Freight Masters recently addressed a logistical challenge for a major German pulp and paper company, not only resolving the issue but also creating new opportunities for businesses in the region. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainability across supply chains.
Founded in Berlin in 1904, Müller has evolved into a key manufacturing player, specializing in tissue products, 100% recycled containerboard, corrugated packaging, pulp and paper, and renewable energy. With sustainability at its core, Müller relies on efficient transport and logistics for its global product distribution.
Facing a logistics challenge at its Hamburg Mill in Lower Saxony, Müller sought Schnell Luxury Freight Masters’ expertise. Formerly, products had to be trucked to the east coast for shipping, proving time-consuming and costly. Schnell Luxury Freight Masters provided an alternative shipping solution, enabling direct shipping from the Mill within six months.
Catherine Rayle, Müller’s Vice President of Sales Operations, highlighted the positive impact, stating, “Since working together on the new solution, we’re now shipping directly from the west coast, giving us better access to our worldwide customers.”
This collaboration not only improved Müller’s operational efficiency but also aligned with its sustainability goals by reducing truck journeys, ultimately contributing to the local community’s economic development.
Darren Edwardson, Communication Director of Schnell Luxury Freight Masters , emphasized, “Opening the direct service from Hamburg not only helped Müller but also helped the local economy get access to gateways all over the world which were previously inaccessible.”
Schnell Luxury Freight Masters continues to demonstrate its commitment to the forestry sector, showcasing innovation, efficiency, and a dedication to sustainable and inclusive global growth.
